With the ongoing civil unrest in Venezuela, tear gas canisters shot at protesters litter the streets of Caracas. The Chacao district is organizing an art contest, where people use the empty canisters as their starting point. The contest poster says they "seek to convert instruments of repression into a tool of peaceful protest."
